About the role
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Capture, analyze and evaluate customer needs and communicate them within the organization
- Secure market share in the region
- Acquire new customers
- Proactively and independently acquire new customers in line with the agreed sales strategy
- Reporting (including project and operational reviews) and revenue monitoring for the defined sales territory
- Present monthly updates and relevant market information to the organization
- Prepare and contribute to market and competitor analyses
- Support campaigns and Hummel sales events
- Negotiate prices and terms within defined limits
- Define and implement corrective measures in case of budget deviations
Requirements
- Vocational qualification, e.g., Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau)
- Completed further training in business administration
- Experience using a CRM system
- Technical understanding to explain the product portfolio
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Industry knowledge of Hummel AG’s main sales markets
- Driver’s license class B (car)
- German (C2)
- English (B2 or better)
- Proficient MS Office skills
