About the role
- Ensure the planning, execution and delivery of projects efficiently, within defined timelines, scope, and budget, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Project management: plan, coordinate and monitor projects such as client environment migrations; managed infrastructure projects; platform projects; and projects related to integrations and iPaaS.
- Define project schedules, milestones, responsibilities and success criteria.
- Monitor the progress of activities.
- Coordinate the involvement of client teams and resources in projects.
- Coordinate the work of Nuvem Datacom's partners and third parties, as well as internal teams.
- Act as the project's main point of contact with the client and ensure clear communication about timelines, risks and responsibilities.
- Identify technical, operational and schedule risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Contribute to defining and evolving project execution standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project management or coordination, preferably in IT, infrastructure, systems or ERP environments.
- Experience in technical and cross-functional project contexts.
- PMP certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with: system migrations; cloud or infrastructure environments; ERP or enterprise systems.
