About the role

  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Create analyses on funnel, churn, expansion, cohort, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Validate and ensure the integrity and consistency of data across the company’s tools.
  • Create automations between systems (CRM, WhatsApp, Opens platform, spreadsheets, internal tools).
  • Reduce manual tasks through intelligent workflows.
  • Implement mechanisms for automatic data collection to feed reports and support decision-making.
  • Assist Sales with pipeline analysis, forecasting, conversion rates, and prospecting.
  • Support Marketing with performance analysis, ROI, and segmentation.
  • Strengthen CS with customer health analysis, channel usage, risk assessment, and expansion opportunities.
  • Map, organize, and standardize flows between Sales → Onboarding → CS.
  • Create simple, clear documentation of operational processes.
  • Help align SLAs, cadences, and control points.
  • Administer integrations and configurations in the CRM and other platforms.
  • Propose technical improvements to increase predictability and efficiency.
  • Monitor events, bugs, and behaviors that could harm operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis and building dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI or similar).
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, data cross-referencing, automations).
  • Practical knowledge of automations (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
  • Ability to map processes and identify bottlenecks.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented profile.
  • Organized, clear, and effective communicator.
  • Experience with CRM systems (PipeRun, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL or database tools.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or CS.
  • Experience in SaaS companies or high-complexity operations.
