About the role
- Lead the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Monitor and ensure progress of Individual Development Plans (PDI) with leaders and teams, supporting plan definition, documentation and follow-up (e.g., via Qulture).
- Oversee experience evaluations at 45 and 90 days with leaders, ensuring structured feedback and alignment with the employee.
- Plan, design and deliver internal training sessions (e.g., feedback, communication, leadership, integration tracks).
- Create materials, content and development tracks based on area needs.
- Support culture, engagement and organizational development initiatives (e.g., kickoffs, area meetings and immersion sessions, celebratory calendar).
- Provide support for recruitment and selection (internal R&S).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field).
- Previous experience managing and monitoring Individual Development Plans (PDI), supporting leaders and delivering internal trainings.
- Ability to lead trainings and group activities with clear facilitation skills and a strong presence.
- Experience with performance management tools (e.g., Qulture, Feedz, Mindsight).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with recruitment and selection (R&S).
