About the role

Contribute to the design and implementation of highly available and performant backend services and infrastructure, primarily utilizing Python and Go.
Create intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
Integrate AI models and algorithms into production-ready applications.
Develop and maintain resilient, high-throughput backend services and APIs (e.g., RESTful, gRPC) that integrate various components of our core platform.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on system requirements, performance, and best practices.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews and upholding engineering excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, focusing on debugging and optimizing service performance.
Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for service deployment and monitoring.

3-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and operating backend systems.
3+ years of professional experience primarily with Python and/or Go in a production environment.
Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Experience with building and deploying services using microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience driving features from conception through deployment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
