Human Resources Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure companies are compliant with HRIS, payroll, benefits and recordkeeping
- Maintaining employee/HR records, including new hire set up, I9 validation, all monthly payroll changes and ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation
- Lead the implementation of all onboarding, orientation, employee relations and off-boarding needs
- Creation, review and help in administration of appraisal/performance management programs
- Assistance in coordination of benefits enrollments for companies
- Ability to compose, assimilate employee handbooks
- Practical knowledge of FMLA, ADA
- Ability to participate in recruitment and on-boarding activities
- Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service
- Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all clients inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling
- Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
- Performs other related activities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Human Resources Certification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Analysis and reporting skills a plus
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, required
- Familiarity with HubSpot, various HRIS preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
