About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the business lead, you support the various phases of the implementation project, ensuring the cooperative’s processes are correctly reflected in the configuration and use of our ERP.
- Act as an interface between the client's business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Participate in discovery workshops and analysis of business processes.
- Understand the cooperative’s organization and practices to identify functional needs.
- Advise project teams on best practices for the cereals sector.
- Help translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Participate in ERP configuration decisions to ensure alignment with the client’s processes.
- Identify gaps between existing practices and the solution’s standard features.
- Support functional trade-offs, favoring best practices over custom development where appropriate.
- Participate in functional testing and validation of changes.
- Support key users throughout the different stages of the project.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have significant experience in one or more of the following activities: grain collection; silo and inventory management; grain grading and quality; purchase and sales contracts; traceability; logistics and transport; grain marketing; invoicing and payments; operation of an agricultural cooperative or storage organization.
- Knowledge of agri-inputs.
- Good IT literacy: while not a developer, you are comfortable with information systems projects.
- Ideally, you have participated in: an ERP or industry software deployment project; functional design workshops; functional configuration work; change management or user training.
- You understand the challenges related to ERP integration and can communicate effectively with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
