About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the infrastructure and operational health of all Marketplace selling accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, TikTok), including settings, permissions, integrations, and key operational performance metrics
  • Execute catalog merchandising updates and lifecycle management, including new item setup and ongoing content optimization, attributes, imagery, bundles, and storefronts
  • Support Marketing and Sales by executing pricing updates, promotions, and Marketplace marketing initiatives
  • Support inventory planning and manage inbound inventory processes, coordinating stakeholders to align with demand forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with Marketplace policies, brand registry requirements, pricing integrity, and brand compliance monitoring and enforcement
  • Monitor Marketplace KPIs to identify risks, trends, and opportunities that drive growth, profitability, and customer experience
  • Serve as a cross-functional operations partner, aligning Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure operational continuity and effective execution
  • Support omni-channel demand forecasting and planning by translating Marketplace and channel-level data into actionable insights
  • Coordinate and support RFP processes and vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and seamless system integration
  • Identify and implement process improvements, SOPs, and automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and support scalable growth
  • Analyze operational and financial data to inform decision-making, improve visibility, and drive cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketplace Operations, Business Operations, or a related cross-functional role
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and TikTok Shop in a 3P (preferred) or 1P capacity
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational processes and implement scalable systems, supported by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and project management tools (Jira)
  • Experience working in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or hyper-growth environment preferred, with the agility to adapt to evolving priorities and scale quickly
