About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth
Monitor inventory and proactively resolve shortages, excess, and supply risks
Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to manage production timelines and address constraints
Oversee 3PL and fulfillment partner performance against KPIs
Coordinate transportation of raw materials and finished goods
Use NetSuite ERP to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (SKU setup, planning parameters)
Track and report on key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics (CPG preferred)
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
Strong understanding of inventory management, supply planning, and 3PL operations
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
