About the role
- Own supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth
- Monitor inventory and proactively resolve shortages, excess, and supply risks
- Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to manage production timelines and address constraints
- Oversee 3PL and fulfillment partner performance against KPIs
- Coordinate transportation of raw materials and finished goods
- Use NetSuite ERP to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (SKU setup, planning parameters)
- Track and report on key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve performance
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics (CPG preferred)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of inventory management, supply planning, and 3PL operations
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
