About the role

  • AI prompting & Implementation: Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models and AI systems.
  • Business process analysis & optimization: Analyze existing business processes involving customer interactions and data management.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to AI performance and customer metrics.
  • Stakeholder collaboration & training: Partner with customers and teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or customer operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML tools, particularly large language models and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Strong understanding of customer management systems, CRM platforms, and business process mapping.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related field.
  • Background in financial services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
  • Experience with specific AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or enterprise AI solutions.
