About the role

  • Lead a critical data transformation program focused on migrating legacy OSS/BSS and rollout systems into modern platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and IQGeo
  • Define and execute the transformation strategy
  • Ensure seamless data migration processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, ETL, and business domains
  • Minimize operational disruption while ensuring data integrity, quality, and business continuity throughout the transition

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager in data migration or data transformation programs
  • Strong expertise in OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom-related transformation methodologies
  • Hands-on experience managing ETL processes (e.g., Talend 7.x, Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, or similar tools)
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (Lightning, REST APIs), ServiceNow (ITSM modules), and/or IQGeo
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including roadmap definition, cutover planning, and go-live execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to executive-level audiences
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
