About the role
- Work closely with creative, production teams, and the client to ensure smooth and seamless execution of content projects.
- Develop project plans (schedules, budgets, estimates, allocation of creative or studio resources, among others), coordinate production stages, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage social media publishing calendars.
- Publish content to social platforms and ensure posts are up to date.
- Manage client relationships for content-related matters and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal and external content creators.
- Support the content team in its initiatives and daily production.
- Identify risks and propose solutions.
- Lead follow-up meetings, keep planning tools up to date, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Stay on top of new content trends to feed the team with creative ideas.
- Orchestrate project-related activities to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Track project-related expenses to ensure budgets are respected.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in a content production or creative context.
- Excellent coordination, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of content production stages for digital platforms and the nuances of social media.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness (particularly for quality control checks).
- Ability to use project management tools and content publishing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
