About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for providing support in administrative processes related to the network of accredited providers and for assisting the department with other activities as needed.
  • Perform operational activities related to updating documents and registration information of accredited providers, completing contracts, and system parameterization.
  • Register, monitor, and maintain partner records in the system by updating contracts and documentation.
  • Support financial/billing control for accredited clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.
  • Respond to system tickets and requests according to SLA deadlines.
  • Provide internal and external customer service via email and phone.
  • Perform similar and/or related tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required. Preferred: university studies in progress in Administration, Health, or a related field.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous experience with administrative tasks.
