About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing support in administrative processes related to the network of accredited providers and for assisting the department with other activities as needed.
- Perform operational activities related to updating documents and registration information of accredited providers, completing contracts, and system parameterization.
- Register, monitor, and maintain partner records in the system by updating contracts and documentation.
- Support financial/billing control for accredited clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Respond to system tickets and requests according to SLA deadlines.
- Provide internal and external customer service via email and phone.
- Perform similar and/or related tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required. Preferred: university studies in progress in Administration, Health, or a related field.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience with administrative tasks.
