About the role

  • Monitor the treatment of patients enrolled in the program;
  • Provide guidance on the condition, medications, signs and symptoms, and quality of life;
  • Support patients and family members with treatment adherence and answer questions;
  • Provide information on access to treatment and available services;
  • Work in partnership with physicians to provide updates on the program and on patients;
  • Identify and report pharmacovigilance events and technical complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently in the final year of nursing studies;
  • Experience following up with patients with rare or chronic diseases is a plus;
  • Experience in patient support programs is a plus.
