About the role

  • Prospect and make initial contact with clinics, hospitals and laboratories nationwide;
  • Register and credential new providers in accordance with company guidelines and contractual requirements;
  • Collect, validate and keep partners' mandatory documentation up to date (CNPJ, operating permits/alvarás, CNES, licenses, etc.);
  • Support the preparation, submission and tracking of contract drafts, under supervision;
  • Respond to internal requests for searching and recommending providers in specific regions;
  • Populate systems, spreadsheets and management tools with up-to-date partner data;
  • Support the analysis of providers' compliance with the programs' operational and contractual requirements;
  • Interact with teams such as Legal, Sales and Operations to align network-related demands;
  • Assess improvements in system usage processes and translate initiatives into actions;
  • Present results for the processes under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration or related fields;
  • Experience with Excel and management systems (control spreadsheets, data validation);
  • Experience in healthcare companies, health plans, clinics or in procurement/purchasing is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of contracts, third-party credentialing or regulatory routines (CNES, CNPJ, etc.) is a plus;
  • Experience with tools such as Trello, Monday, Google Drive, CRM or network management portals is a plus;
  • Experience in contracting and managing suppliers is a plus;
  • Knowledge of BI is a plus.
