About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage new client implementation projects, ensuring the successful transition to productive use of SCAN HRMS
- Configure and customize the SCAN HRMS application according to each client's operational requirements
- Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on the optimal use of the platform
- Provide remote and on-site functional support to clients
- Collaborate with consultants and software developers on complex implementation projects
- Perform business analysis, gap analysis and solution design
- Recommend system improvements and best practices aligned with clients' HR and payroll processes
- Build strong client relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the SCAN HRMS implementation lifecycle
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR & Payroll Consulting
- Proven hands-on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek Labour and Social Security legislation
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting or reporting tools
- Understanding of databases and information systems architecture
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented approach and collaboration skills
