About the role

  • **What You Will Do**
  • You will engage with cutting-edge, production-ready GenAI systems with a sense of clarity, autonomy, and ownership. Your exciting responsibilities will include:
  • **Core Engineering**
  • - Integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into our existing platforms to boost capabilities and introduce AI-native features.
  • - Building and optimizing **RAG pipelines**, multimodal systems (text, image, audio), and intelligent agents for automation and customer-facing applications.
  • - Designing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models—text, embeddings, image, audio, and code—aligned with real business needs.
  • - Implementing vector-based search using technologies like Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar tools to ensure precision, retrieval quality, and scalability.
  • - Engineering robust prompts, chains, and alignment techniques (RLHF, evaluation loops) to enhance reliability and minimize hallucinations.
  • **Production & Excellence**
  • - Deploying, monitoring, and continuously enhancing GenAI solutions in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • - Conducting performance evaluations and optimizing models using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and custom transformer architectures.
  • - Maintaining comprehensive documentation, contributing to AI development best practices, and engaging in peer reviews.
  • **Leadership & Influence**
  • - Guiding fellow engineers—regardless of their AI expertise—to embrace and understand modern GenAI architectures.
  • - Cultivating a culture of learning and experimentation within the engineering team.
  • - Laying the foundation for building and ultimately leading a specialized AI engineering team.
  • **Governance & Compliance**
  • - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the ongoing implementation of the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • **What You Bring**
  • - Degree in Computer or Data Science or Engineering
  • - 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
  • - 2+ years building GenAI solutions, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
  • - Strong grounding in traditional ML methods and modern LLM practices.
  • - Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
  • - Experience with AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML) is highly desirable.
  • - Solid experience with building and deploying APIs and AI agents.
  • - Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • - Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments; excellent English.
