Requirements

  • Proven Procurement Expertise: Minimum 4–6 years in Procurement, Costing, or Production — ideally in printing, packaging, or industrial sectors.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Exceptional ability to evaluate offers, compare suppliers, and make data-driven decisions that maximize value.
  • Organized & Process-Oriented: Mastery of vendor management, inventory tracking, and ERP systems (Softone, Entersoft, or equivalent).
  • Commercially Savvy: Understands that procurement directly impacts profitability; negotiates with precision and fairness.
  • Tech & Tools: Advanced MS Excel skills; fluent in English for international supplier communications.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in pricing, deliveries, contracts, and documentation — nothing is overlooked.
  • Collaborative & Influential: Communicates clearly, coordinates with Sales and Production, and earns trust across teams.
  • Curious & Proactive: Continuously seeks new suppliers, materials, and technologies to stay ahead of market needs.
  • Integrity & Accountability: Operates with transparency, reliability, and ownership of every decision.
