About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts
- Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
- Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts
- Play a critical role in defining what “good” looks like for US go-to-market
- Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline
- Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders
- Own account-based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders
- Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates
- Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs
- Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–24 months of SDR/BDR outbound sales experience
- Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
- You’ve got legitimate cold calling experience
- Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity
