Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English is required; advanced Spanish is a plus
