Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, partnership management, healthcare operations, or related fields
  • 5+ years of leadership experience leading strategic initiatives, programs, or teams
  • Experience developing and managing external partnerships or enterprise-level business relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
