About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable patients to remain in their homes by providing health and personal services
Assess and record patient conditions by monitoring vital signs
Administer treatments, including dispensing medications, changing bandages, and administering oxygen supply and equipment
Teach patients and family members assisted living techniques, including use of mobility aids and special utensils

Requirements

Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
CPR certification
OSHA Certificate
HIV/AIDS Certificate
HIPAA Certificate
Alzheimer's Certificate
Medical Errors Certificate
Domestic Violence Certificate
Required tuberculosis screening as part of Humana's TB screening program
Valid in-state driver's license
Current vehicle registration and insurance
Driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
