About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and organize content, design learning solutions, and create storyboards, scripts, performance support materials, mobile learning, and manuals
Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and provide input for course content
Write learning goals and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness
Ensure course materials are current and aligned with training needs
Track and analyze training program effectiveness through learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement
Provide instruction and guidance to facilitators
Utilize social media and collaborative tools to facilitate learning
Shape and develop training curriculum, materials, and job aids
Conduct needs analyses with clients to determine the necessity and relevance of learning solutions
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components
Determine goals and approaches to assignments independently
Work on projects and meetings requiring occasional travel to Humana offices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of experience in learning design focused on adult learners
Minimum 2 years in a consumer-facing position demonstrating customer orientation
Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
Experience with eLearning strategies and adult learning theories
Experience contributing to continuous improvement of member and customer experiences
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, or equivalent tools
Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
