Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own a unified cross-segment product roadmap across Pharmacy, PCO, Home Solutions, and Humana Military
- Establish and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and integration standards across CenterWell segments
- Conduct discovery sessions, design workshops, and architecture reviews
- Own and prioritize top-level product backlogs for shared platforms
- Partner with segment product owners to decompose initiatives into user stories with acceptance criteria and NFRs
- Define integration contracts, API standards, and domain boundaries for cross-segment data flows
- Lead architecture checkpoints, risk reviews, and governance forums including ARB, TRB, and MOR
- Translate product vision into architectural runways and delivery-ready specifications
- Identify component, service, and pattern reuse opportunities and build platform-consolidation business cases
- Serve as liaison among business leaders, product owners, engineering, EA Activation, security, data, and enterprise CIO teams
- Ensure solutions conform to security, privacy, HIPAA/PHI, ONC, and DoD/TRICARE requirements
- Ensure observability, data lineage, and end-to-end data protection across shared data assets
- Translate architectural and product decisions into executive briefings and delivery-team direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience spanning product management, solution architecture, or a combination of both
- 5+ years of solution architecture or senior product ownership experience within healthcare IT
- Experience delivering in regulated environments involving HIPAA/PHI and HITECH
- Experience across payer, provider, pharmacy, or government health domains preferred
- Track record owning and prioritizing cross-functional product backlogs and roadmaps across multiple business lines
- Experience managing competing stakeholder demands at the executive level
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, AKS, and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Working knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks data platform patterns
- Deep competency in API design and governance, event-driven architecture, and microservices
- Experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 interoperability standards
- Ability to produce reference architectures, ADRs, and solution blueprints
- Experience participating in enterprise governance forums such as ARB, TRB, and MOR
- Proficiency in agile and SAFe delivery models, backlog management, PI planning, iteration ceremonies, and dependency management
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI into product strategy and architecture
- Working knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge management, fine-tuning, and LLM integration patterns
- Ability to evaluate Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and Vertex AI platform options
- Knowledge of agent orchestration, tool/function calling, multi-agent coordination, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, model governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and cost/performance optimization
- Understanding of responsible AI, bias mitigation, policy enforcement, FDA SaMD guidance, and ONC AI framework
- Preferred domain knowledge in PBM, pharmacy, TRICARE/military health, primary care, EMR integrations, value-based care, or home health
- Familiarity with Pinecone, Azure AI Search, pgvector, REST/GraphQL orchestration, MCP, data mesh, and data product patterns
