About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain key data products, pipelines, and automation supporting Care Management, Value Based Operations, and clinical programs
Investigate and analyze multiple data sources and combine them into a single source of truth
Serve as a subject matter expert for partner teams on understanding and using data
Build and maintain scalable, efficient pipelines and automation
Provide data that helps decision-makers assess clinical, operational, and financial program impacts
Support enterprise development and management of care programs for kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease
Perform root cause analysis on complex data sets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Less than 5 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or data engineering
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
1 or more years of experience in SQL or SAS
1 or more years of experience in Python or PySpark
1 or more years of experience in Databricks and building automated pipelines
Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions is preferred
This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
