About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain key data products, pipelines, and automation supporting Care Management, Value Based Operations, and clinical programs
  • Investigate and analyze multiple data sources and combine them into a single source of truth
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partner teams on understanding and using data
  • Build and maintain scalable, efficient pipelines and automation
  • Provide data that helps decision-makers assess clinical, operational, and financial program impacts
  • Support enterprise development and management of care programs for kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease
  • Perform root cause analysis on complex data sets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Less than 5 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or data engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • 1 or more years of experience in SQL or SAS
  • 1 or more years of experience in Python or PySpark
  • 1 or more years of experience in Databricks and building automated pipelines
  • Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
  • Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions is preferred
  • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
  • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
