About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop IT application architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture direction and standards
Perform technical planning and architecture development or modification of specifications
Develop specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings
Assess compatibility and integration of proposed standard products and services
Ensure integrated architecture across interdependent applications
Influence department strategy
Make technical approach decisions for project components
Create architecture artifacts including diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps
Work on moderately complex to complex issues independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7 or more years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
Prior project architect and/or team lead experience
At least 3 years of project experience working with AI, cloud platforms, and HR platform SaaS applications
Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, and software engineering practices
Experience designing enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, containers, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and DevOps practices
Familiarity with security-by-design principles, identity and access management, data protection, and secure coding practices
Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, decision records, and roadmaps
Ability to provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
