About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle — vision, strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and value measurement — for QCSA’s flagship products
  • Ensure strategic alignment across the QCSA portfolio; create structure to prioritize initiatives that map to strategic objectives
  • Establish, document, and mature repeatable processes and operating cadence for critical business rhythms
  • Design and lead a comprehensive knowledge-management strategy
  • Serve as the VP of QCSA’s flexible, trusted problem-solver — taking on cross-team special projects and ad-hoc priorities as they emerge
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product, portfolio, and analytics enablement professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 or more years of technical experience in data, analytics, or product management
  • 5 or more years of people-management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading data product management, portfolio management, and analytics operations in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to build repeatable processes, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms that scale across an organization
  • Comfort flexing between hands-on delivery and enterprise-level strategy while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
