About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees AI system projects and/or programs of a complex nature
Brings project management discipline to Enterprise AI projects
Coordinates across engineering, product, data, and partners to move evolving AI work into structured, deliverable execution
Assembles and leads the project team
Identifies appropriate resources needed
Develops schedules to ensure completion of AI delivery projects
Manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks
Familiar with the system scope and project objectives
Oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated AI projects
Sets strategies and leads program execution to deliver longer-term business value
Applies working knowledge of AI/ML delivery concepts
Partners effectively with product management and engineering stakeholders to translate technical direction into structured delivery plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5 or more years of technical project management experience
5 or more years experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions
Working knowledge of AI/ML delivery concepts, including model lifecycle, MLOps fundamentals, GenAI/agentic workflows, and responsible AI practices
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience delivering AI or GenAI projects
Translate between data science, engineering, product, and business partners
Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
