About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, analytics, and operational intelligence solutions.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment across multiple technology stacks.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical and non-critical production issues affecting enterprise applications and platforms.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to improve reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years experience with Automation and AI technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Experience with unit testing and mocking
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
2+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions
Demonstrated expertise in:
