About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand
  • Provides direct oversight of IT Strategy Advancement, IT Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Communications and Change Management, Operations Support and Metrics, and Talent Strategy and Management
  • Supports shared services initiatives across Pharmacy, Primary Care, Home Solutions, and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer
  • Leads a team responsible for execution of portfolio management function and IT prioritization process
  • Oversees planning, budgeting, and tracking processes with IT Finance
  • Develops and executes communication strategy to support IT leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree
  • 8 or more years of technical experience
  • 5 or more years of management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
  • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • MBA or other Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
  • PMP certification (Preferred)
