Key responsibilities & impact

Solve complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers
Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
Analyze complex business problems by leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions
Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs
Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Drive continuous improvement of BI processes
Perform advanced data analysis to uncover root causes and support initiatives
Serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI and provide guidance on report design and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL
1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve varied business problems and create data visualizations
Experience working with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data
Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
