Key responsibilities & impact

Set the strategy, vision, and execution for Humana’s end-to-end digital workplace
Provide executive leadership across engineering, operations, and experience strategy
Build an AI-native function driving frictionless, reliable, and scalable associate experiences
Establish and govern Humana's Workforce Technology Experience Strategy
Drive persona-based experience design and define differentiated service models
Lead transformation of the associate technology ecosystem through AI-driven capabilities
Champion a strong controls agenda and ensure operational risk management
Oversee day-to-day operations of a large-scale, matrixed organization
Lead customer satisfaction management as an operational practice
Partner closely with executive stakeholders across Technology and business segments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
10+ years of experience leading large, complex, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated experience defining and delivering digital workplace strategies
Experience operating technology functions under a product operating model
Proven financial management acumen
Track record of building and maintaining a strong IT controls and risk management posture
Demonstrated experience building AI-native operations
Proven experience driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive operational performance
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
