Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading a centralized enterprise Program Management function across core technology domains
  • Reinforcing standardization of delivery governance, tooling, and execution practices
  • Assembling high-performing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Building strong stakeholder partnerships and actively managing risks
  • Overseeing program interdependencies and defining execution strategies that drive long-term business value
  • Establishing and enforcing governance across shared technology portfolios
  • Defining and reinforcing tooling strategy across shared technologies
  • Delivering executive-level reporting and portfolio transparency
  • Partnering with engineering, cybersecurity, platform/data teams, finance, and technology operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical or scientific field
  • 8 + years of leadership experience in a medium to large corporate technical environment
  • 2 + years experience supporting AI initiatives
  • Experience working with teams that support architecture, infrastructure, cloud, service, API, Storage, Cybersecurity
  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management
  • Experience in the Healthcare Insurance industry
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Jira Align, ADO
  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
  • Agile/SAFe certification
