Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives.
Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Coordinate with new Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors related to new clinical opportunities for Humana's PBM.
Evaluate prospective HIT vendors related to strategic initiatives and new industry guidance.
Coordinate contract execution with new HIT vendors with Humana's PBM.
Help manage existing business relationships with external HIT partners.
Drive alignment with cross-functional teams and execute operational transition flawlessly.
Provide excellent service to customers dependent upon requirements.
Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in a team environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
