About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and analyze potential sources of loss to minimize risk
- Collaborate with business owners to support compliance within the Humana Pharmacy Solutions organization
- Work with Risk Operations to identify, track, resolve, and report compliance issues
- Read Medicaid contract language and manage related pharmacy implementation and process documentation
- Develop executive-level dashboards to summarize compliance risks and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain partnerships across Humana
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
