Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery from initiation to completion
Extract, analyze, and interpret data—including clinical data—to identify and recommend business opportunities to stakeholders
Lead project teams in developing visualizations, tools, or other assets based on data-driven insights
Accountable for project planning, monitoring progress, setting deadlines, and resolving issues
Collaborate across CAPI and with external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
Operate with a high level of independence and make informed decisions in complex situations
May assume direct supervisory responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in data analysis
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems (Preferred)
Experience with tools such as PowerBI for creating data visualizations (Preferred)
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling (Preferred)
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors (Preferred)
