Key responsibilities & impact

Set and evolve enterprise procurement and supplier management strategy in line with business priorities
Lead category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance with strong enterprise rigor and accountability.
Advance digital procurement capabilities, including automation, AI, and analytics, to improve speed, visibility, and decision quality.
Partner with C-suite and business leaders to align procurement priorities with enterprise strategy

Embed responsible procurement practices, supplier diversity, and sustainability priorities into sourcing and supplier strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, law, or a related field
15+ years of progressive procurement, supplier management, or related operational leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and leading through both authority and collaboration.
Strong experience in procurement transformation, digital enablement, and change leadership.
Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, negotiations, and enterprise risk management.
Track record of building talent, aligning stakeholders, and delivering financial and operational results.
