Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end localization projects from intake through delivery
Manage and optimize localization workflows within translation management systems (TMS)
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within assigned lines of business
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and consistency across localization operations
Oversee quality assurance processes, including internal/external linguistic review workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual in English and Korean
Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Project Management, Communications, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in localization, translation operations, or project management
2–4 years of experience managing end-to-end localization projects
Experience working with translation management systems (TMS)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
