Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Enrollment Horizontal at Humana by providing system ownership, leading technology teams, and ensuring effective delivery execution in alignment with proforma targets.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to implement technology solutions, drive project execution, and ensure processes and standards are consistently followed.
Play a key role in delivery execution, monitoring progress against proforma, and maintaining compliance with technical and security standards.
Manage and develop a team of technology professionals, encouraging innovation, accountability, and improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field
Progressive IT experience, including participation in large technology projects.
Formal leadership experience leading associate teams of 3 or more individuals
2 + years of previous experience with vendor management and executing contract resources.
2+ years of demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, business case development, and proforma creation.
