About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

develop, implement, and administer incentive programs
guide and assist the incentive plan design, implementation, and assessment process as part of the Incentive Compensation team
create and implement incentive plans that drive results
support plan governance by developing quarterly analytics and reports for business leaders
lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with business objectives
conduct plan effectiveness evaluations
build forecasting and reporting models to assist Finance and Accounting
monitor incentive compensation program outcomes
manage communication strategy and execution to ensure plans and programs are well understood

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Advanced Excel experience
Strong relationship building capability
3 or more years of data analysis or analytics experience
3 or more years of modeling experience
Previous project management experience, managing large scale projects and prioritizing
Organizational and detail oriented
Strong time management
Consistently seeking process improvements and implementations for elevating the organization
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Previous experience Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Varicent
Previous Healthcare Industry experience
Experience with Workday
