About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • develop, implement, and administer incentive programs
  • guide and assist the incentive plan design, implementation, and assessment process as part of the Incentive Compensation team
  • create and implement incentive plans that drive results
  • support plan governance by developing quarterly analytics and reports for business leaders
  • lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with business objectives
  • conduct plan effectiveness evaluations
  • build forecasting and reporting models to assist Finance and Accounting
  • monitor incentive compensation program outcomes
  • manage communication strategy and execution to ensure plans and programs are well understood

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Strong relationship building capability
  • 3 or more years of data analysis or analytics experience
  • 3 or more years of modeling experience
  • Previous project management experience, managing large scale projects and prioritizing
  • Organizational and detail oriented
  • Strong time management
  • Consistently seeking process improvements and implementations for elevating the organization
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Previous experience Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Varicent
  • Previous Healthcare Industry experience
  • Experience with Workday
