Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive product management experience
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing Product Managers or Product Owners within a complex, matrixed organization
Experience coaching and mentoring product management professionals
Demonstrated track record of translating enterprise and/or Medicaid strategies into product roadmaps
Experience presenting and advocating for product portfolios in enterprise-level planning or prioritization forums
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
