About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate end-to-end product delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between product management, marketing execution, data, and channel teams
Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks; proactively identify blockers and support resolution
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, stand-ups, and program reviews; drive accountability
Serve as the connector between product teams and enablement partners to ensure downstream execution
Monitor adoption and utilization metrics post-launch; identify gaps and coordinate remediation
Document and communicate key product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale in structured formats
Develop artifacts that reinforce the "why" behind product strategy
Prepare briefing materials, decision memos, and executive-ready summaries
Facilitate alignment sessions to maintain shared understanding of priorities
Manage program plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and delivery trackers
Build and maintain centralized documentation repositories and standards
Translate complex work into clear communication for diverse audiences, including leadership
Develop templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency and speed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare insurance or healthcare technology
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
Passion for improving consumer experiences
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience building program documentation and communication artifacts
Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive decisions
Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, technology, and channel teams
