About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support members, projects, and meeting goals affecting outcomes
Use instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine appropriate solutions
Plan, organize, and collaborate on developing training curriculum, materials, job performance aids and programs
Analyze content, organize content, design solutions, and write facilitator guides, scripts, use case scenarios
Coordinate and facilitate training programs including instructor-led and virtual training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Transitioning Service Member eligible to participate in the DoW SkillBridge, or Military Spouse eligible to participate in the Military Spouse Fellowship
Associate's degree in any field
Minimum one (1) year of training or learning development/facilitation experience
One year of administrative experience involving working with documentation
Experience using data analytics reporting
Experience learning strategies and adult learning theories
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in all office products
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
