About the role
- Manage Technology Compliance for TRICARE Contract — Provide leadership to Humana Military Access Management Team; ensure compliance with TRICARE regulations, HIPAA Security Rule, DoD, and NIST DoD standards; report self-attestation and compliance to government
- Identity Governance and Administration — provide metrics, remediate privileged accounts, lead audits, mature automated access certification, optimize user experience via surveys and partnerships
- Collaborate with Enterprise Information Protection team to enforce IAM controls; oversee integration with applications; password hardening enforcements; incidents and issues management
- Team Building and Management — recruit talent, conduct regular 1x1s and team meetings, performance appraisals
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS – National Background Investigation Services)
- 5 or more years of Identity and Access Management experience
- 3 or more years of People-Leadership and management experience
- 4 or more years of experience developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- 3 or more years of experience in executing Zero Trust, Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Holds one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CIAM, CEH, CISM, or CISA
- Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publication 800-171: Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations and DFARS 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting
