About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution of portfolio reporting operations & the completion of quarterly portfolio review processes in conjunction with Director of Investment Management
Work with internal & external partners to help execute shareholder responsibilities related to portfolio transactions (ex. follow-on investments, IPOs, exits)
Prepare portfolio updates for senior management & other business partners
Coordinate across Finance / Legal / Business Unit partners to help complete portfolio management objectives
Champion continuous improvement by identifying and helping to implement best practices in portfolio operations
Participate in the development and maintenance of portfolio management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of finance, accounting, or related experience
Knowledge of general financial and accounting principals
Experience building and evaluating financial models
Interest in the venture capital and start-up ecosystem
Experience delivering executive level presentations and communications
