Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and direction on enterprise-level projects
Ensure delivery excellence across multiple, complex initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams on best practices
Oversee the full project portfolio lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Establish and maintain rigorous project management standards within large initiatives in alignment with PM, Agile methodologies and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify business needs and define project scope
Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics such as adherence, cycle times, lead times, and risk load
Guide risk identification, mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolution of high-impact issues
Foster a culture of quality, speed, and agility in project delivery
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and internal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale, cross-functional, and technical projects
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, influence without authority, and drive organizational change
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tool
