About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs,
Act as a clinical advisor in dyad partnership with operators of the Rapid Response Team and Transformation Office,
Establish clinical protocols, quality benchmarks, and performance metrics.
Provide oversight for patient safety activities.
Collaborate with Clinical Excellence Committee and other relevant committees.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams and leverage analytics to evaluate program impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

MD or DO degree with board certification in a relevant specialty.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including experience in a leadership role within a provider organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing evidence-based clinical guidelines and patient safety programs.
Strong understanding of population health management and team-based care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
