leads the execution of the IDN operating model by managing Service Operations Committee (SOC) forums
synthesizing provider feedback into actionable insights
drives cross-functional alignment across enterprise teams
develops programs designed to drive value
partners with leaders regarding implementation planning
reviews and communicates results of programs
advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance
exercises judgment on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years' experience in healthcare strategy and operations
Experience working directly with providers or with the markets
Experience with PPI, Provider Operations, Claims
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across enterprise teams
Analytical mindset - ability to interpret data and identify trends
Exceptional communication skills - ability to simplify complex concepts, manage provider facing conversations
Ability and willingness to travel less than 10% of the time
