Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Senior and Professional level Business Intelligence Engineers through the various stages of inquiry resolution to include root cause analysis, impacts, action planning and execution
Analyze Medicaid data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction utilizing healthcare and other related data, provide clear and concise analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of technical experience in data analysis
Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL development
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Hands-on experience working with Databricks
Healthcare knowledge within the Medicaid/Medicaid space
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be able to accommodate business hours according to Eastern Standard Time
Experience in building and maintaining visualization suites that support a wide array of business customers
Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring junior staff members
