Key responsibilities & impact

uses instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine appropriate solutions to knowledge or performance gaps
analyze needs, organize content, design solutions, write facilitator guides, storyboards, scripts, performance support resources, mobile learning solutions and manuals
conduct need analysis with clients to determine learning solutions
write learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience in learning and development
Five (5) or more years of professional learning and development experience
Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite
Prior demonstrated capability leading projects and creating a high performing team culture
Progressive business and analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories
